This chat turns one specific IELTS question into a next step. It does not replace a timed mock. Ask why Listening still drops marks after you understood the recording, why Reading runs out of time, why Writing holds together at home and breaks in the exam, or why Speaking Part 3 stalls. The assistant answers by criterion: task response, coherence, vocabulary, grammar, fluency, and pronunciation.
It does not issue an official IELTS result, and it does not speak for the British Council, IDP, or Cambridge. Every band it mentions is a practice estimate. If you have not yet sat all four skills under exam timing, the useful next step is the free diagnostic or the fifteen-dollar Reality Check, not another untimed drill. A university or visa office publishes its own minimum. Do not treat a number in this chat as an admission promise. The seven-day refund is in the terms. Score definitions live on the trust page and the methodology note. The email gate saves progress. It is not a way to paste an unverified quote onto the homepage.
Start with the skill you keep retaking. Say what you already tried, what the last score was, and whether the drop happened under time pressure. The reply should end with one action: a timed Listening section, a Reading set, one Writing task, or a Speaking Part 2 under the clock. If the reply only offers more vocabulary lists, ask again for the criterion that is capping the band. Then leave the chat and measure that criterion. A long conversation without a timed retest does not move the score.
